Are there any precautions with my delivery?
Concentrated perfumery products are classified as dangerous goods, due to inflammatory classification of the usual alcohol content. Due to postal regulations, these are unable to be shipped. èst however, focus on non-alcohol perfumes: they are produced to be safe on the skin and are accorded non-dangerous shipping status. They are OK for domestic and international delivery.
Shipping costs?
As of 7 June 2011, inside and outside New Zealand, generally at a cost of zilch.
Inside New Zealand, Fastway Couriers will be used on most occasions. Outside New Zealand, international couriers, foreign postals, Expertise Worldwide Cargo and NZ Post will be used.

Will you deliver to businesses?
Yes, èst will certainly deliver to business addresses. However, our products are for personal use only and we are not responsible for any loss a business may encounter having used them. Please see our Terms & Conditions
I have not heard from the courier?
Unless, there is a problem with your delivery you will not receive any contact from the courier.
What if the product I have received differs from the description?
I have taken care to display and describe items as accurately as possible.
My delivery is late?
We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay as soon as possible. Unfortunately, delays can happen which are often beyond our control. If this means your order cannot be delivered on the estimated delivery date from the mention above, we will contact you as soon as we know of any delay. Please check that you have not received any further emails or text messages from us with updates on the progress of your order
What happens if I am not in for a delivery?
For smaller item deliveries we will try to leave the item with a neighbour or in a secure place and if the courier or mail can't deliver your item, they will normally drop a card in your letterbox to let you know where to collect your item.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
Possibly but if required, anyone in the household over the age of 18 may sign for deliveries.
